Paulos is a medical doctor with a natural talent for building relationships and understanding client needs. With his calm, people-first approach he is the lead for customer engagement and partnerships, he ensures our clients receive responsive, transparent, and personalized service from first contact to delivery. Paul bridges the gap between supplier solutions and real-world healthcare demands — always putting the customer first.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the logistics industry, Anna brings deep expertise in international freight, customs clearance, and medical supply chain coordination. She plays a crucial role in ensuring that every shipment — whether from the UK, China, or elsewhere — moves efficiently, securely, and in full compliance global standards.
